The product shows no configurator

Confirm that a book is assigned in the product’s Picture Book field. The assigned book needs pages, and the available page count must meet its configured minimum. Clear cache after changing assignments:

bin/console cache:clear

A page cannot be selected

Check that the template is assigned to the same book, has an uploaded image, and has the correct type. Front and back cover slots only accept their matching types; full-width slots require a double-page template.

The buy button stays disabled

Fill every visible cover and internal-page slot. Ensure the selection reaches the minimum page count, and remove empty extra rows. If enabled, enter the required personalisation name within the configured maximum length.

The price is incorrect

The final line-item price is the base product price plus each selected template price. Check the product’s sales-channel price, each page price, quantity, and selected pages. Retest after clearing cache.

PDF export is unavailable

The export appears only for configured picture-book line items and signed-in customers. Confirm the order/cart line item contains page selections and that Shopware’s document/PDF rendering prerequisites work in the deployment.
