Configuration

Open Extensions → My extensions → Preorder, Stock & Price Notifier → Configure. Settings can be scoped by sales channel in the normal Shopware configuration interface.

Preorder

Show preorder button in listing controls whether eligible preorder products show the preorder action on product-listing cards. It is disabled by default. Product detail pages remain the primary place to complete a preorder.

Stock notify

Enable stock notify button enables the availability-subscription button on a product detail page when available stock is zero. It is enabled by default.

Show stock notify button in listing additionally allows that button on product-listing cards. It is disabled by default.

Hide “Add to cart” button when stock 0 and clearance sale not enabled removes the standard add-to-cart action for an unavailable product when the stock-notify action is shown. Enable this when customers must wait for availability instead of ordering an unavailable product.

Price drop

Enable price-drop notify button enables the price-drop subscription button on product pages with a current calculated price. It is enabled by default.

Show price-drop button in listing additionally displays this action on listing cards. It is disabled by default.

Administration email notifications

Enable preorder email notifications to send the configured recipients an administration email for new preorder requests. Add one or more valid addresses to Preorder notification emails.

These recipients are internal notifications. They do not replace the customer-facing mail templates or the queue worker required for automatic customer emails.
