Open Extensions → My extensions → Picture Book Configurator → Configure.

Maximum number of letters in the name

Maximum number of letters in the name limits the customer’s input when a product has the picture-book name field enabled. The default is 8.

Set a limit that your production process can print reliably. The storefront requires a value when the field is enabled, and the configured maximum is enforced in the input.

This setting only controls the length. Enable the field separately on the individual product as described in Product assignment.
