Orders and PDF export

The plugin stores the selected book, page positions, page images, page prices, and optional book name with the product line item. The cart processor adds the selected-page total to the product’s base price.

Administration order view

Open an order in Shopware Administration and inspect its line items. Picture-book selection data is available with the order item so the team can identify the chosen configuration for fulfilment.

Customer PDF export

For a picture-book line item, the storefront shows a PDF-export action in cart or order details when the customer is signed in. The export requires a customer account; guests see a message to log in.

The generated PDF opens in the browser. Test it using a real completed configuration before sharing it with customers or production staff.

Fulfilment check

Before production, compare the selected covers, internal pages, order quantity, product variant, personalisation name, and calculated line-item total. Do not rely on the base product price alone because page charges are added during cart calculation.
