Storefront behaviour

The plugin reads the scene, product, category and catalogue assignments configured in the administration. The storefront presentation is then controlled by the selected CMS element and your active Shopware theme.

Product availability

Only link products that are active and available in the relevant sales channel. Shop The Look is intended to guide visitors to purchasable products; incomplete assignments reduce trust and make the scene less useful.

When a product is removed or deactivated, review every scene that uses it. Replace the product or update the scene before it appears in a campaign or catalogue.

Responsive images

Start with a high-quality landscape or square source image. Avoid very small source files, because a prominent visual block may be displayed much wider than it appears in the administration.

Always test the finished CMS page on a phone. The image should still communicate the look when its sides are cropped or when the screen is narrow.

Theme customisation

Shop The Look is designed to work with a standard Shopware storefront. If your theme has custom breakpoints, modal behaviour, product-card styling or a heavily modified CMS layout, test those areas after installation.

For custom storefront design or a new display variant, contact SteelCode. It is better to extend the plugin deliberately than to patch template files that will be difficult to maintain after updates.
