Quick start

1. Create an option

Open Marketing → Gift wrapping and select Add gift wrapping. Enter a clear name, for example Premium gift box, set a price, and enable Active. Save the option.

Add either media or a colour. Media is used first in the storefront; colour is used when no media is selected; the plugin uses a gift placeholder when neither is available.

2. Choose where it is offered

Enable Show on product page to offer the option in the buy widget. Enable Show in cart to make it available from cart and offcanvas cart. Leave dynamic product groups empty to make the option eligible for all products. Otherwise assign one or more product streams.

3. Configure messages and pricing

Enable Allow gift message when customers may enter From, To, and a message. Set Message maximum length only when this option needs a different limit than the plugin default.

Enter a price. Optionally set Free from product price. A value of 0 means no free threshold. A value above 0 makes this wrapping free when the active product price reaches that threshold.

4. Test the journey

Open an eligible product in the correct sales channel. Select the wrapping, enter recipient details and a message when enabled, then add the product to cart. Confirm that the wrapping appears below its product, the price is correct, and the selected quantity cannot exceed the product quantity.

Place a test order. Check checkout confirmation, order completion, customer account order detail, and the Administration order detail.
